Weight loss through hypnosis

I resisted writing this post but i have to. Unfortunately every one calls it weight loss even though those are the worst words to attach to weight reduction.

What do you do when you loose your favorite object?

You grieve and search until you find it. In fact some times out of bloody mindedness if you cannot find what you lost you go and buy an even better one.

Ever heard of the yo-yo diet syndrome?

I recently lost my favorite pen (I love pens and have a few good ones - if you ever want to buy me a gift send me a pen, even a cheap one with a logo or name or something will do). I searched and searched and searched and nearly bought a replacement except it cost $275 just now so I searched and searched some more and eventually I found it.

OK enough of beating a dead horse.

The words you use do matter.

When you call it "loss," you will feel a loss. The problem is that the loss you feel is on an unconscious level. So there is resistance to lowering your weight. However, when you call it weight management it is a positive word and as I keep repeating:

Forget about your weight. Only care about your look and our health. Spend some time in front of the mirror naked (alone) and no matter how you look thank your God, Infinite intelligence, Unconscious mind, or whatever makes sense to you. Look at yourself naked and appreciate, appreciate and then allow yourself to let go....

As you control your weight and reduce your weight you will look even better. It is important to understand that you are a child of God already and you are perfect as you are.

It is a paradoxical aspect of change that the more you accept whatever is the easier you can change what you accept. So the worst way to motivate yourself to look better is to do what one lady did. She put a picture of a fat pig on her fridge and wrote under it: "You fat pig." Of course her unconscious mind obeyed that as an embedded command and made her into a fat pig.

But you, like me, wish to look good and be motivated to increase your muscle mass while you reduce your fat. So accept your current looks. Give up the concept of weight loss and manage your weight.
