Neuro-Linguistic Programming: NLP is the study of excellence, which describes how our conscious and unconscious thinking produces our behavior. NLP allows us to model the excellence and to reproduce that behavior by showing how people structure their Programming.
Nominalization: A linguistic distinction in the meta-model, a hypnotic pattern of trance language, a process or verb turned into an (abstract) noun, a process frozen in time. The meta-model challenge is restoring the process. E,G. you client says, "My communication with my daughter is no good." You ask, "How exactly are you miscommunicating with your daughter." Note: You need to have establishes excellent rapport with your client before using meta-model too much.
