Hypnotic Persuasion
In reality all hypnosis is about persuasion. When I, the hypnotherapist, make a suggestion that you would eat more fruits and vegetables and less fast food and you accept my suggestions I have persuaded you to accept my suggestion.
In this section I will write about the art of persuasion as applied to everything. After all life is a sales job. So long as you are communicating you are selling. The most important person you have to sell to and persuade is yourself. You will learn good persuasive communication skills here.
The following book is the best book I know on use of hypnosis for influence, sales, and persuasion: Persuasion Engineering by Richard Bandler and John La Valle.
The future pace article has some interesting strategies for persuasion and sales as has the one on seduction which is after all a form of persuasion.
I have read both the above books and recommend both of them. The Kevin Hogam book is great for spoken persuasion and the Joe Vitale book is great for written persuasion (copy writing, advertising, writing web sites etc).
