Grief Therapy for Loss and Separation
The Buddha said that life is suffering. Loss and separation cause much more than every day suffering. Hypnotherapy may help in alleviating such suffering.
I typically use my normal starting point of all hypnotherapy for grief and separation:
- Increase self confidence
- Ego strengthening
- Forgiveness
- Anger management
- Remembering the good times
I find that when a parent or grandparent has passed away, the Aligning Yourself with Your Ancestors audio very useful. There is another version of the forgiveness exercise that you do on behalf of the person you are missing.
